What is humus? It is a complex mixture of organic substances broken down from decaying plant and animal matter, it is typically found in the upper layer of topsoil. Living, micro-organisms aid in this fermentation process. Humus is important for supporting strong soil health and structure. It increases the ability for soil to hold and release water and nutrients as needed.  

Unfortunately, humus takes as many as 50 years to produce without catalytic agents. Thanks to VRM BioLogik®, the specific concentrations of microbes (micro-organisms) we add to the soils naturally assist this process, as we can now achieve the end result in six months – which we call HumiSoil®.
